Snorkeling Instructor and avid freediver Peter Walsh will be on hand from 8pm in the dry room next to the pool to give his popular lecture on Better Breathing for Divers.

"Better Breathing for Divers" : A new innovative method of monitoring human breathing has been developed in recent years.
Science has now shown us that we can breathe better for optimum health. So why can't we breath better for our underwater activities.
Whether you want to Snorkel for extended periods or just increase your bottle times this workshop will show you how using latest technology and computer software.

UL Arena is where we are based for training...tuesday nights during winter. Be at poolside ready for training at 8:45pm. Training is led by Peter Walsh and involves various exercises in the pool with full snorkel gear to improve scuba fitness. Training is for 45 minutes starting from 9pm.
