The 3 Tom’s and the Siege of Ennis Print E-mail

After years of arseing, dodging questions and being lead astray Ken pulled out all the stops and got stuck into the books ½ hour before the club diver test.

Maceij didn’t need to since he knew it all in Polish and after a cracking dive both passed their club diver test and from all accounts impressed their Instructors.

Tom Nicks is now fluent in Polish and merrily headed home after swapping an old ABLJ for a case of vodka and a phone number of some mysterious pole dancer.

Two strangers also turned up, Doc Tom with a dodgy mobile phone and Sir Richard E Roche with some golf clubs.

Tom was introduced to the new Nokia E6510i and Richard to the Club since no one believed he actually existed and everyone thought he was some medieval diver back in the 15th century.

After a brief discussion Doc Tom decided to do his Club Diver test again and Richard and Tom Nicks exchanged the golf clubs for the other secondhand ABLJ.

Tom Fitz gave a brief history on Doolin and explained why, everyone needed to do the Siege of Ennis before they headed out to sea.

Flatley O’Leary after getting lessons from Emma was delighted to lead the dancers down the pier.

The proceedings were slightly marred by a road traffic accident involving an altercation between the club vehicle and the pier.

A mere scratch to some but it’s a major dent to those who witnessed it and in years to come will no doubt be written to history as a disaster bigger than Chernobyl.
