Morris Minor to be raffled in aid of Galway RNLI

Kind Hearted Families donate Morris Minor to the RNLI in the hope that lives can be saved at sea

The website www.turbo.ie is dedicated to the memory of Margaret Kilgarriff and Paul Tonge, a young couple who died tragically in a ferry disaster off the coast of Sumatra in Indonesia on January 19th 1996.

Margaret and Paul had taken a year sabbatical to go travel and see the world in 1994. On the return leg of their adventure they decided to visit Indonesia when the tragic accident occurred.Paul had started to renovate an old Morris Minor and had left the car in the garage for repair. Paul adored his Morris Minor and they both went to every possible Vintage Rally around the country meeting other car enthusiasts.

Paul's family have kindly donated his Morris Minor to the Lifeboats in the hope that by raising money through this raffle more lives will be saved at sea.The car has been completely overhauled and refurbished back to its original glory by Charles Wares Morris Minor Centre, including new engine and completely lovingly restored original features. Before and after pictures are available for viewing on
www.turbo.ie.

The car is being raffled on
www.turbo.ie and proceeds from the raffle will go the lifeboat station at Galway which was established over 13 years ago because of the increasing number of search and rescue incidents in the city area. The families hope that funds raised from this raffle will go towards maintaining the RNLI service in Galway to ensure that no other family will suffer the loss that the Kilgarriff and Tonge families have.

To win this fantastically restored Morris Minor please log onto
www.turbo.ie today and buy your ticket for only 25euro.  The last day for purchase of tickets is 7th February, so please hurry up and buy your tickets now as all monies raised will go to the Galway RNLI.
