Notable Events

Oct 89: Brian Kearney outshone em all to gain his Mon. 1* in Galway.

 

Nov. 89: Fungi delighted to meet his old friends from Limerick again.

 

15-12-89: Xmas Party in the Ark .

 

15-5-90: John Breen presented his usual very informative lecture in Thomond College, on Marine Life.

 

18-5-90: Race Night in Shannon R.F.C. pavilion. A programme, with much advertising was produced in

conjunction with the night, helping to swell the take to a whopping £ 3,500 ( 4445).

 

June Holiday w/e: Caherdanial.

 

June 90: New Club Divers Ger McCloskey, Christian La fonte and Mike Kinsella.

 

August w/ e 90: Achill

 

18-8-90: Aughinish S.A.C. held a 24 hr. Underwater Dive Marathon in Kilkee.

 

Aug. 90: At the Mon. 2** course in Galway, John Allen, Jim Duffy, Joe Earls, Ian Hurley, Brian Kearney and

George Loftus all came away with their shiny new Certs. Put their names up on lights!!!!!!
